Algorithmic Palm Fronds and Sunlight

Algorithmic Palm Fronds and Sunlight is a 3D geometric artwork that simulates sunlight streaming between multiple layers of palm fronds. The palm branch, or palm frond, is typically a symbol of victory, triumph, peace, and eternal life. I've always found the regular geometry of the palm frond to be the most aesthically pleasing of nature's greenery. This artwork was created using a generative art program of my own design.
