Digital Rain

I created Digital Rain as a study of how to represent in close-up view a distant rain storm. The viewer is suspended below the clouds but above the Earth. Typically we see distant rain storms as a gray shroud lacking detail and connecting the heavens and the Earth. It is that impression that is the focus of this piece.
