Geometric Art Gallery - Geometry Focused Artwork

The art that appears in the Geometric Art Gallery is art for which geometry and geometric shapes dominate. The artworks here were all created using algorithmic processes and software of my own design. Because these artworks were created algorithmically, there is cross-over between the art shown in this gallery and art that is in the Algorithmic Art Gallery. In fact this art is a subset of the art that is in the algorithmic gallery.

You will note that the art here is line focused rather than fundamental shapes (circle, ellipse, triangle, rectangle) focused. While you may perceive the presence of triangular or rectangular shapes, those forms were constructed from a large number of lines that combined to suggest the presence of a geometric shape. Regarding geometry and geometric oriented art, I would ask you to consider the words of Galileo Galilei who in 1633 wrote that The universe cannot be read until we have learnt the language and become familiar with the characters in which it is written. It is written in mathematical language, and the letters are triangles, circles and other geometrical figures, without which means it is humanly impossible to comprehend a single word.
